How to Master Reset a Samsung A6 Plus which crashed during Pie installation.

I received an update to OS Pie on my Samsung A6 Plus and began the download. However, during the install, it stalled at 25% and then gave an error. Since then, my phone just reboots to the Samsung logo and continues to do so. I can't shut it off in order to do a master reset. Also, the battery died and when I charged it, it continued to automatically reboot. Can anyone help me please?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that you're unable to charge the battery and keep the phone off? If the battery doesn't have enough charge in it, that can lead to a bootloop.
