[Android Central Question]

Photos taken on my new S10+ show up in Gallery, but I cannot see them in My Files. The images in My Files are only those taken on my old phone.

When you go into the My File app, where are you expecting to see the new photos?

I see mine when I touch the Images icon. They aren't showing up in the recent files area at the top, but one file, that I had on the SD when I installed it, shows there. Are you able to see the categories; Images, Video, Audio, Documents, Downloads and Installation Files? When you touch Images, what do you see there? Mine actually shows folders and photos taken with my S10+ show up in a folder labeled Camera. I also defaulted to have my photos sent to my SD, not sure what would happen if I had used internal memory, but I imagine the same.
