Rukbat Retired Moderator Feb 12, 2012 44,533 44 48 Apr 3, 2019 #3 If you disabled Settings itself, you'd have to root the phone, then use an app like Link2SD to "unfreeze" it. (Link2SD calls it freezing and unfreezing, not disabling and enabling, but it's the same thing.) Upvote 0 Downvote
