    My phone only connects to mobile data when I am limited to 3g access. When 4g is displayed I lose connection. I am using an htc m9, it is my backup phone and I did not have this problem last time it was im use.

    Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier? What's the exact model number of the phone? Have you checked to make sure the APN settings are correct for the carrier?
