Screen colors wrong ,seems to be some static behind somehow?

Well white colors are light blue , can see a shading above the left button and on right side on bottom. Was thinking cracked screen maybe inside i cant see. But ave gone to settings and tried inverting nothing different until I went to the get update . So checked for updates , none but while it was checking the screen went back to almost perfect looked like it just needed to up the brightnes. Well after checking for updates it wait latest installer and a OK button to put and after oking it went back to this .during the check the white came back but now light blue but on right side of every letter in typer you see the white like a blue layer over the white but offset. Seeing lots of this issue so details. In some videos you see some kind of movement in background like static , and on some highlighted things. Back to thinking a broken screen or like that. Any answers could help. Thanks
