Pop up from bubblelife48.life. on what looks like a Google homepage claiming I have won a prix

The page looks like a Google homepage and says that it's once a week with my specific phone Galaxy j7 can I am a Verizon customer. My first thought is that this is some kind of scam and maybe could wreck my phone

Welcome to Android Central! I merged your threads.

That is clearly a popup ad, and has nothing to do with Google. If it only happens when you're browsing, it is most likely related to the websites you're visiting. If it happens when you're not browsing, then you installed an app that carries adware.
