How can I get rid of an annoying ad from my LG tablet

[Android Central Question]

I receive an annoying ad for citing Quran App from Quran Club with speaker even my tablet is off. It is very annoying and embbaressing when I am in public. I x if off but keep coming by itself whithout doing anything. Is it malware or virus? How can I get rid of it.

Please help me. Thanks
