My pictures are pixelated when sent in a MMS?

All of a sudden, when I try to send a picture message(to anyone and it doesnt matter how I go about sending the message) it becomes pixelated in the message. Still totally clear in my gallery but it wont send clear. And it's only happening with some photos, not all. Even screen shots as of today. I've tried changing the picture size but it still did it. I am at a loss and need to send clear photos for a slideshow for work.

Pictures over the maximum size that either your or the other person's carrier allows (the smaller size determines it) will be converted to a smaller size (and that can cause pixelation - picture compression not only isn't lossless, some compression methods are very lossy). Try limiting your pictures to 300kb or less.
