I have tried changing the Charging ports twice then it charge for a while and the same problem sets in again, Kindly help!

You said you tried changing charging ports, but did you try a different USB cable? That's often the culprit for this symptom.

Yea have tried other USBs but they doesn't fo any good. Doesn't charge either

I doubt if the battery is bad. When I charge with a similar model, it works well.

If the phone is using more power than it can draw from the charger, the battery charge will go down, whether it's being "charged" or not. (Current from the charger is going to whatever is using all that power.)
