I m using a vivo phone n whenever someone calls me the call doesn't get connected. It always says the number u r trying is busy. So I m not getting any calls bcoz it gets disconnected automatically.

It wouldn't say busy, it would go to voicemail. Something at their carrier, or your carrier, is set up wrong - or they put your number in wrong and they're trying to connect to a landline that's in use.
