my tablet is doing something weird

my tablet VIVAX TPC - 802 3G, it for some reason shut off. when i tried to boot it up again, it works for the first few seconds but then it shows the rebooting screen again. i tried rebooting it, shuting it off and even tried to factory reseting it. it wont change.

A bad battery? Failing hardware? Failing software?

Sounds like a bootloop. If it still happens after charging the battery, you'll have to reinstall the firmware (the "ROM").
