Go to Settings>Apps, select Google, then Permissions, and make sure Storage permission is turned on. If it's not, then downloaded files go to a protected system directory that's only accessible by the Google app. If it's on, then downloads should go to the user-accessible /Download directory.

    Hi,

I checked setting --> app management, some apps are listed there and I checked for some of them storage permission is on.For Webnovel app also, it is on still when I downloaded novel, I was not able to find the novel.

Google app is not listed in setting --> app management, how to check whether storage is on or off for it.

In your Settings>Apps menu, tap Menu>Show System, then look again for the Google app.
