Android Central Question

It's called "Files". Whenever I search for it, it's nowhere to be found. However, if I go to upload a photo from a website or social media platform, the site's upload service sees it and all of its files. How can I navigate to this file folder? The only file manager app on my phone that I can access is called "My Files" and all of its folders are empty.

Welcome to Android Central! The directory itself is called "Files"? Or is this just a category that appears when you try to share file?

What is saved to the folder you're looking for?
