While charging my phone model Lenovo A6000 Plus, at the time I am using a samsung charger it takes around 5 hrs plus for the max battery level. My device is approximately 3 years old. Surprisingly when i charge the phone in my office it gets charged very fast.
I am confused that either the battery needs to be replaced or buy a fast charge adapter.

    Please suggest and help.

So the problem is slow charging, or negative "charging"? Slow charging could be a bad battery, but since it charges quickly at the office, that's not the problem. I'd suspect the charger or the cord.

As for "negative" charging, that happens, if the battery and charger are good, because the device is using more current than it's designed to draw from the charger, so some of that excess current is coming from the battery. But if the charger or cord are bad, that would also be a cause.
