i cant access my back up at quickpic?

so when i sign in using my facebook accunt as usaual this time it says :
App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

QuickPic has been getting a lot of one-star reviews lately after the app disappeared for a while from the Play Store. There have been a lot of complaints about bugs (and there should be a lot of complaints about the terrible developer that bought QuickPic, Cheetah Mobile).

I wouldn't even download it, let alone install it. Cheetah still hasn't come up with a satisfactory explanation for why they've been stealing data from phones for years. (The government is wrong, we have nothing to fear from Huawei's 5G - it's companies like CM that should be firewalled outside of China.)
