Round circle with slash

My galaxy s7 has a round circle up top & every since it popped up I've had no service

Well, that's the 'No Service' indicator, so that part makes sense. Did you change your carrier settings recently? Have you tried a different SIM? Have you called your carrier and check that your line is properly active in their system?

Unfortunately it's very hard to diagnose something like this. It can stem from incorrect service configuration, a damaged/inactive SIM, carrier system issues, or even hardware issues with you phone's antenna or motherboard.

Or the SIM port going bad (unusual, but it happens).
