my mobile says FRP Lock

My mobile phone won't turn back & somehow its looked. Please help thank you.

Was this originally your device? If it wasn't, was it not properly reset before you took possession? You need the login details for at least one Google account that was previously synced to that device, if you don't have those we can't help you.
