When I downloaded some apps from the google play store I discovered that on the app menu the icons of the apps overlay themselves, as in theres two apps sitting in one place. I can't move them and it makes me unable to open up some apps because the newly downloaded ones cover them. Uninstalling doesn't help because the icon still freaking stays in it's place! Please tell me how can i fix this it's really fustrating

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the homescreen or the App Drawer? If it's the homescreen, make sure that the wallpaper you set isn't a screenshot of your homescreen.
