Bluetooth headphones stopped working asking for pin

Bluetooth headphones stopped working asking for pin. It did not ask for pin before. I can't type the pin it just picks one. I did a factory reset still problems. It worked well before. When I click pair it says incorrect pin or passkey. Ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Which Bluetooth headphones do you have? Have you already gone to Settings>Bluetooth on the phone and forgotten the Bluetooth headphones there? I know you did a factory reset, but it's possible that the phone still remembers the device if you restored the phone from a backup.
