My phone shut down after running out of battery and after re-booting it after I charged it, I was shocked that most of the apps and files (songs, photos, etc.) were missing. I quickly checked the storage section in the settings and it says that there is still 3gb used data out of 8gb in the sd card. First, I tried removing the sd card from my phone and inserting it again but it didn't work. Next, I tried to connect the sd card to my laptop using a micro sd adapter but a window popped up stating that I should format the sd card first before I can access the files in it. Thinking that my files are still in that micro sd card, I didn't continue because, of course, it would erase everything in that sd card. What could be the best solution for this issue? :<
