can apps controll my camera in the background

i installed several apps on my honor 7a phone. i logged in those apps and i went to my home screen. can those apps controll my camera even if im not in them? thanks everyone

Sure. That's why you ask about questionable apps before you install them. But not knowing which apps you installed (and which phone you installed them on), no one can tell you if they're suspect of not.
