Why is my phone stuck on lockscreen?

My samsung J4 plus keeps switching back to lockscreen. If I put in my passcode it would the screen would go blank for a short time and return to lockscreen. If I try to turn the power or restart it would do the same. I don't know what to do with it.

Try Safe Mode. Tell us if that makes no difference.
