Sounds like you need a new battery.

More thread-merging done. You started three threads asking the same thing: please note that one is enough. Rather than starting a new thread, you can bump an existing thread - in your case, a double merged-thread - once every 24h if there is no answer. Just post “Bump”, and the thread will return to the top of the queue.

Welcome to Android Central! I also merged your duplicate posts to tidy things up a bit.

I agree with mustang7757, the battery would be my first thought. Unfortunately, that probably means bringing the phone to a repair shop (unless it's user-removable, which seems unlikely these days).

It might work, but it would be worth trying Safe Mode first, which is much simpler.

If you do reset, we can advise on how to back up your data, including texts, if you need help with that.

And letting the battery run down to 1% probably killed it by now anyway. For maximum battery life, run it between 50% and about 99%. If it drops down to 50% and you can't charge it, shut it off. (Lithium batteries are not deep-discharge batteries, they're chosen because lithium is the lightest metal [except solid hydrogen, and you don't want to carry a refrigeration plant around with you]. Gelcells would be able to take much deeper dischareg, but they weigh as much as car batteries for the same power, and a 2 pound battery in a phone wouldn't sell.)

Safe Mode is used only temporarily, as a diagnostic. It temporarily disables third-party apps. If the trouble stops in Safe Mode, it means that a third-party app is responsible. You then have to find the app and delete it.

The problem mostly comes when I turn on the mobile data and use the internet for some time 1 hour or less when the mobile data is off this problem comes very rare or even not totally. in this case when I use the phone with out internet the problem comes no more solution??

It may be worth contacting the manufacturer’s customer support.

If you haven't tried it yet, I would still suggest using the phone in Safe Mode with mobile data on, and browsing the web for an hour or so. If it shuts off again, then we know it's not a problem with some 3rd party app. If it doesn't shut off on its own, then that increases the chance that something you installed is causing the instability.
