I can't watch videos on my games and this pops up all the time that diagmon agent stopped. What is it

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? It's a system app. Does this persist after a reboot? Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and select Diagmon. Clear its cache and data, if possible, and see if the problem persists.
