Factory Resetting of an Android device removes all personal data, including the things you mention, and restores the phone to how it was when you bought it, although any software updates remain unaffected. Because the personal data is wiped, it's usually wise to back it up somewhere first, and wiser to have been backing up photos and other important things as soon as you started using the phone.
