Sporadic ads after unlocking my Screen on Samsung S9 / Android 9

[Android Central Question]

I think these ads came with my carrier - Vodafone and I've disabled their apps and still get them ... but I could be wrong and there's something else.
Don't have any battery/Ram optimizer installed.
I tried looking in Google Play Store at Recently used apps after I've seen the add and nothing there.
When I tap the arrow button on the ad it takes me to Google add personalization and I haven't found a setting there to disable them.

Fixed! It was some app I've been using for a "portable" Left button

Excellent! Can you tell us the exact name of the app, or post a Play Store link, so that other users can be alerted to this annoying behavior?
