how to block notification from "Samsung Experience Service" ?

Just got a recent Samsung device and get a notification every hour first to create a Samsung account, then to connect to it...
And the option to disable the notification for the "Samsung Experience Service" responsible of it is greyed...
And you can's disable or uninstall it...
Any idea to get rid of this parasite ?

I would create a Samsung account , for number reason , can remotely unlock your device incase you forget your pin and much more.

I too want to disable this obtrusive service. Annoying that the notification options are grayed out!
