Android Central Question

I have a galaxy j3 luna pro and i dont get good servicr at my house so i have to turn on wifi calling to send and receive texts, but if i leave it on for more than about 5 minutes the ! pops up beside my wifi signal in the upper right corner and my wifi doesnt work until i turn it on and off again and turn off wifi calling. Why does this happen? Is there a solution?

It’s interesting that you say that. I’m having WiFi trouble myself at the moment and having read your post I wonder whether it’s because of a particular phone which is set up for WiFi calling, but currently has no SIM. That leads to constant notifications of connection problems, which since they’re expected, I’ve been ignoring. But perhaps something else is going on. I’ll investigate further and report back with any findings.

The phone I referred in my earlier post has not been powered on today, and I have experienced no WiFi problems on other phones that I have been using. It is possible therefore that when that phone has been powered on recently, it may somehow have been causing WiFi connection problems at the router - which certainly indicated no Internet when I checked on one occasion - affecting both itself and other devices in use at the time.
