how to rectify the problem when keyboard is not working?

when i updated the software it asked the security password,to type the security password in samsung j7 nxt the keyboard. when the touch screen is not working i gave the mobile to repair after they gave me the mobile,it worked for only 1 day. how can i rectify this problem. can you please help me to rectify this issue

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, we can't really help you if the screen repair was not adequate -- bring the phone back to the repair shop and ask them why their repair didn't last. In the meantime, if you need to get into your phone, you could try connecting a basic USB keyboard via OTG adapter.
