My phone is not responding well, what am i to do

My phone had a system update notification which i did download the update, afterwards i was to restart the phone which i did. Upon doing that the phone stated this[your device has failed verification and may not work properly] It keeps rebooting what am i to do.

Try a Cache Partition wipe. That cannot be done on all phones but you haven’t told us what you have.

And if that doesn't work, bring it into your carrier (and hope that they can reflash the update for you).
