why is my Google play games not updating

not only was the last update from 4 weeks ago but it is not accurately or even at all.collecting game achievments

Welcome to Android Central! What version do you have? Mine is 2019.05.10327. Have you checked to make sure it's connected to the correct account, and that it's set to automatically sign you into supported games?
