How can I get rid of annoying pop up ads on my pixil 3XL phone.

I bought the phone in January. Now all of a sudden I am getting these ads and noisy video ads all day long, even when I’m in dale of an email or text. I have done everything I know or to get rid of these. They started happening after I downloaded YouTube Kids. I did uninstall the app and I went to settings to the privacy ares and checked all those options. I did all this in safe mode, but I’m still getting them. Any suggestions.
