Android Central Question

Hi, i am new to smartphones and when i got my first one, it had this nice feature where you close its case and it shows a digital clock through its cover (has a hole with a clear plastic on the front). But since yesterday it stopped doing that. I rebooted the device a couple of times and still nothing.

Was it an application or something else? If yes why it stopped?

Thanks

And which phone? Some phones have a specific sensor on the back that tells the phone if you have a view case installed, while others may rely on some other kind of magnetic sensor on the bezel.

Same phone type. Case came together with the phone. And only now I realized I misunderstood your 1st question. My bad, yea to clarify it, case is from original phone manufacturer, sorry.

Different phones may have different ways of showing information through a smartcover's window. First, check the system settings to see if there's an option for this (possibly under a heading for Accessories). If the system settings has a search function, do a search for "cover" or "smartcover."
