Fastboot Reason: Fall-through from charger boot mode

Hello, my motorola Moto G3 Turbo is not starting up normally when I connected it to the charger it won’t charged. But when I connect it to the USB port of my pc, it showing gone to fastboot mode … fastboot reason: is fall through from charger boot mode.. and I need to download software assistant tool to repair it from verizon and when I did download it and connected my device to it. Its showing reading device information and doing that for decades. Nothing further showing, try everything else each option like bootloader restart, recovery option factory reset but it only turn off the phone and hence there we again showing the fastboot AP flash mode please help to resolve my issue.

Also showing CID read failure,
Invalid CID status 0x69
Error: Failed to pass validation, backup to fastboot
And failed to validate boot image

PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE MY ISSUE...

If you're still looking for an answer, bring the phone into a Verizon store and ask for assistance. They have software tools that you don't.
