    If you go to keep.google.com on a browser there is a trash bin accessible there. Maybe a copy of the note prior to text deletion is there? That trash bin only keeps deleted notes for a week.

    ^ True, but if you erase, then save that, there’s nothing to go in the bin. I assumed that the OP meant that.

    If you've saved the note with the text on it, you can recover that one*. If you never did, as belodion said, if you just backspace, there's no 'recovery" mode for that.

    *Since the note is probably kept in a database, you'll have to learn SQL, install a SQLite editor and root the phone. (Since learning SQL well enough, and getting the experience you'll need, to figure out how to restore a deleted entry will take at least a month or two, it's probably not practical.)
