Whenever my husband texts a picture from his Samsung Galaxy S7 to my LG G6 ThinQ, the picture either opens with half the picture covered with a green film or the whole picture covered with green film.
When my daughter sends me the same picture with her Samsung Galaxy S7 to my LG G6 ThinQ the picture downloads as it should.

The Samsungs are identical. I'm guessing the issue is with my husband's Samsung. Any help will be appreciated.

How big is the picture in pixels (L x W)?
How big is the picture in bytes?
Which carriers is everyone using? The carriers tend to place very small limits on the data size of SMS/MMS messages.

ManiacJoe, I don't have the Pixel info but the pictures coming from Samsung range from 500 to 900KB. I do know that my LG's camera is set for 4160X3120.
