any application's notification come & i opened it then it not close or minimize but my phones backgroung is working what i do now?

It would almost be better if you posted this in your native language because this is very difficult to understand.

You got a notification, from what app?

You opened it, what did you open the notification or the app that sent the notification?

You didn't close or minimize the app, I assume, and now it is running in the background. Yes that is what is supposed to happen. If you just open another app or go to your home screen the previous app often continues to run in the background. If you want to stop this open the multi-tasking view and swipe the unwanted app away.

You can also close apps by going into Settings>Applications, then finding the app and force closing it.
