Your question doesn’t really make much sense. Perhaps you have a bad phone, and that is causing whatever problems you have?
Welcome to Android Central! I don't think it's easy to get locked out of Gmail. Are you constantly forgetting your password?
Why is always the Google Play Store? That seems like a very existential question -- why is always anything, when you think about it?;)
Google didn't make all Androids -- Eldon Tyrell made a bunch of Nexus androids, but that didn't go so well.
