Open your phone dialer settings and confirm they are correct.
If using a screen protector, consider it causing phantom touches.
Turn off Bluetooth. There is a known glitch that will cause some phones to redial the last number called when reconnected to a paired device.
And of course, clear the cache partition and reboot the phone. Good luck
