Moto Z Force batteey faulty or any IC problem?

Moto Z force i am using this phone since six months almost day before when i woke up i saw that my phone was on 0% battery. Connected with charger but its showing yellow triangle sign on battery then after changing charher its showing qiestion mark sign but some how its got up started but no speaker working nor mic after resetting phone few times problem remain same then i ve switched off phone for 7 hrs after that i charge my phone it get charhed 75% but when i turn my phone on and start using battery percentage was only 48% widin minutes and phone getting heatup from lower back cover .. kindly help me is this battery fault or something else?

Hardware diagnoses via a forum are not easy. I don't know what's causing the trouble, but if the phone were mine, I'd be inclined to try another battery.

If the battery heats up due to normal use, that would indicate a battery problem. That's the first thing any repair shop would try.
