I am a mother of 2 and have been single 15 years. 2 years ago I entered a new relationship and shortly after I realized my phones have been hacked / tampered with where do I go a who do I ask for help this is serious please someone guide me where to go for help

These types of threads usually turn out to be the user not understanding how something works in Android, and not an actual hacking situation. At least that's for threads where the user replies back to work through it. It's rather hard to hack into Android, so we'd need to know why it is you think that's the case to be able to offer more direct assistance. Otherwise, Galactic Zoo's answer is about the best we can do. Go to the police if you really suspect this is happening.
