Hello everyone! I'm kind of taking a shot in the dark here and its been like this for months and doesn't cause much trouble just a little ugly; I had a stuck pixel a few months ago glowing bright gold that over time turned into some sort of dark spot. Like a oval shaped maybe pill shaped blob of greenish black. I can read things through it though the dark color makes it rather difficult. The blob is larger than the stuck pixel but surrounds it; there's no gold anymore. Although I highly doubt if there's any way to fix it, but I have no clue what it even is; I've searched it up with no real results. I'd appreciate any help from anyone who knows anything about what this is or even has an idea!

Welcome to Android Central! It's most likely a screen defect that has the potential to spread, so make sure you keep your important data backed up or synced somewhere on a regular basis. How old is the phone? If it's still under warranty, contact them to see if it can be fixed or replaced.
