    There's no need to delete them, you just change them with your own

    Welcome to Android Central! Preinstalled ringtones are in a protected system directory, so you can't delete them unless you root the phone.

    Here's an article describing how to use your own custom ringtones. It's a bit old, but the general process should still be the same: Android 101: Adding your own custom sounds to Android events | Android Central
