Have Galaxy J7 Prime (2017 model) it's about 2 years old.
I never had an issue with contacts and customizing ringtones to differentiate between solicitation, doctor, veterinarian, friends, and family calls. This is driving me to the point of buying a newer phone.
Now when I add a custom call, i get a pop up stating to complete action using: Drive, OneDrive, Sound Picker and a choice of: just once or always.
When i select one of the choices a pop up for a picture file choices and when i select the picture a window pops up saying not supported then it stays at default. I reset the phone a few times to try different.
I don't have ID activated I checked.
how can I get the phone back to the way it was before all this craziness?
