[Android Central Question]

I was thinking that I can use the phone's flashlight to project an image or video to a screen. I'll assuming if existing flashlight is too weak, then maybe adding a more powerful one over it might help?
Been looking for an app that does this, but haven't found one.

Is there such an app? If there isn't, why can't such an app be developed?

How do you propose getting the image in front of the light? The light is simply a light, you still need a way to generate the image.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you asking if the flashlight itself can act as a projector? The answer is no -- your LED flash is a simple LED bulb, not a video projector lens. You'd have to buy a specialized phone that has a projector (like a Moto Z series with the projector mod), or get an external projector.
