My lg fortune is stuck on the cricket wireless screen, and i cant hard reset it. How do i fix this?

When i try to power it on it shows the lg logo the the cricket logo then freezes.

That could be hardware or software failure. Have you tried powering on with the phone connected to a charger?

Welcome to Android Central! Force a shutdown by pulling the battery, then try again. If it keeps doing this, then I agree with belodion -- either the firmware is corrupted or the motherboard has failed. It's probably time for a new phone, sorry!
