Welcome to Android Central! Who's the manufacturer? Do a web search for "[your phone's exact brand and model name] specs," and compare its supported network bands with the carrier you want to use (search for "[carrier name] network bands").

If it's the HTC M9, there are 4 versions, EUROPE, AT&T, T-MOBILE and VERIZON, but it doesn't match the specs you posted.

    The Xiaomi Mi 9 matches the specs, comes in 2 variants, Global and China, but doesn't seem to handle many bands - the global variant handles LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 12(700), 20(800), 28(700), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300)

    and the China variant handles LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 12(700), 17(700), 34(2000), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500).
    Check those against your carrier.
