As for your question, probably MIMO. (MIMO is different - we've had it for years. It's good if you have a large house to cover, or 3 floors, or something like that. If you're on one floor of a 1200 sq. ft. house, it wouldn't make any difference, and I wouldn't pay more for a model that has MIMI over the same model that doesn't.
Rumored phones? I haven't heard of any yet, except for the Fold (which is probably going to be "left on the cutting room floor).
