So, I had just gotten away from that amino app, and I came onto this thing that had told me that I had a virus that had been there because I had gone to an adult website. (Which I have not done.) so..any explanation??

Yes: rascals hope to get money from you in one way or another. That you are using an iPhone SE is irrelevant; lies and filth like that can be encountered on Android devices too.
