My phone software was damaged so I have it to repair it to the repairing shop but now when I try to update it's say your phone software is modified plz help me to install its original software . My phone is SM-J730GM. I bought it in bahrain but I live in nepal

You can try restarting the phone see if it correct it
Also go to settings then about phone Status say Official?

Check with the repair shop - did they put the Bahrainian firmware into it, or the Nepalese software? It should be the Bahrainian version. (If the shop is in Nepal, they may not have realized that the phone variant is a Bahrainian variant.)
